I get high 80's in English but could care less about my language and how i represent myself i am from Canada
guys i'm back at it again. i unpluged the yellow wire in the switch and i unplgued one of the red wires and used the multi meter on the 2 prongs then switched the switch on. i get nothing.

The saying is..."I couldn't (could not) care less." If you're going to use it ,use it properly. This obviously is a young kid. I guess we have to make allowances.
Hmmm ... the fuse should read as a direct short i.e., 0 ohms. Make sure your meter is properly calibrated to 0 with the probes shorted against each other. The fuse should read exactly the same as the shorted probes.
Oh, there are plenty of grammar (note correct spelling) nazis here. Sometimes you can get a pass if you plead foreign or ESL. I'm not too sure about Canadians. Also, the first word of a sentence is capitalized, and "I'm" is a contraction requiring an apostrophe as indicated. Since your post is a question, it needs a question mark at the end. I think you meant "is" rather than "if," too.

I think the switch is dead i think im ready to give up on this amp and just send it to a techi makes me so sad to say that *Cry*
I checked the fuse again in 200 ohms and i got 01.0 when i touch both of the connectors together on the multimeter i get 08.0

Sounds like you can't rely on the multimeters (thank you BTW 
) readings. Understand there are resistance tests, but after they fail to lead you to the problem you have to start doing voltage drop tests. This means LIVE voltage inside the amp. I personally do not feel comfortable leading you there.

There should be a "zero adjust" knob or wheel on the multimeter. You set the meter to "ohms," short the probes, then adjust the meter until it reads "0."
The first thing I would do is quit measuring the resistance of the fuse, buy a new one, and install it.
We don't even know if he has a digital or analog meter? Digital meters usually don't have zero adjusts and he is posting decimals?

well to some great amazement got the amp working. My electrician friend came over. Fist thing he did was check the fuse. it was fine.
Next he unplugged the yellow from the switch plugged the amp in and touched the yellow.
Now you were worried about me but this guy was just a dufus... he got a good scare and killed my fuse. now we put tinfoil around the fuse so it closes the circuit. next thing we did was bypass the switch and it worked turned on and everything. so it was the switch that was broken.
Went and stole a power switch from some crappy speakers and did a quick mod amp works better then before.
Now where do i buy a new 1A 250V fuse?
