I think that more than likely they would go with the redesigned V-4BH version from a few years ago. The V-4BH power section was based on a quartet of 6L6GT tubes. The small signal tubes were 12AX7 and 12AU7. They've already got the design engineering and it was approved. If they wanted to rush a product to market to help fill the 100W hole, this would be the easiest and fastest way to go.
