I wish your amp good health. Please don't hook up too many cabinets to it. With factory connections, when you ADD cabinets you LOWER impedance. I think your amp can safely operate to 4 ohms. If I'm right about that; two 8 ohm cabs will be safe but not 3 or 4.

If by chance your amp will safely operate at 2.67 ohms, you can hook up 3. With four 8 ohm cabs, as posted above, the impedance load connected to the amp will be 2 ohms.

Boil it down.... you asked a yes or no question. The answer is yes, it will most likely cause damage. Why the bad vibes?

Years ago, reading on one Pro Sound forum or another, someone's question got many responses including "RTFM".

I racked my brains, went through every bit of sound nomenclature I could think of to learn what valuable technique this was referring to.

I’ve bought four brand new amps in my life. An Acoustic 140, a Peavey MKIV, a GK 800RB, and an Ampeg RB210. The GK came with a two page copied manual. None of the others did, I guess the dealers throw them away with the box. Not important today as the manuals are available online.

I typically download and read the manual before I buy any gear...new or used.

I actually read the manuals for most of my gear - it is amazing what can be missed by not. I even read the manuals when we buy a new car. I found features of every vehicle I've owned that were not obvious or mentioned by the sales guy. I found multiple features of our 2018 odyssey that I would never have found without reading it.

Favorite features of amps/preamps in a manual is the block diagram. Really helps to understand where things are in the signal chain. (Think fx loops, gain structures and DIs)
