Ampeg question

I probably should know this but is there a difference between an Ampeg SVT 210E and a 210HE? If so what is it?

I've looked online for specs of the two, manuals, etc. and I just can't find them.

I think the HE may have a horn while the E doesn't.... That's just a quick guess...
