Ampeg SVT Users... What is your Rig (cabs/bass)?

With my SVT 4, I use an Ampeg 610HLF with 3 MusicMan StingRay 5s. (H, HS, HH)

That cab puts out great tone and it can take a beatin'.

I sometimes use it all at once but not always. I'll usually use one head and both cabs and ,depending on the music I'm playing, I use either bass.

For a moment I thought I posted from the wrong folder.

I have been very happy with the pairing. There are lots of great heads to use with those Acmes, but the SVT is quickly becoming my favorite.

Just posted this in show your amps. AS to this thread, my SVT is a 6 Pro, and it will play through a Schroeder 412L, or 21012L, haven't decided. Other "SVT" items are cabs, 210 and 15, but they're paired with a V4BH. That's a nice little rig, I must say, and alot cleaner sounding than you'd think.

My SVT CL into a Berg 210 (I bought some 4 ohm speakers from Jim B to replace the 8 ohm speakers). It sounds amazing. Not a great pic of my Berg. It's next to my SVT classic 410 and kind of blocked by a B100r and a Lakland Pbass. Anyone need 2 8ohm 10" Berg speakers.

Im loving all this sexyness! Here is mine. Both have under 20hrs each of operation...Still breaking it in! I had to order this in 4ohms instead of 8 Will work better with the SVT.

Here's mine. An 80 lb head deserves a 160 lb cabinet!!

To be honest, the SVTIIIPro and 410HLF is the normal gig rig. Regular gig basses are a US Spector NS-JH5-FM, Fender Geddy Jazz modded with Audere JZ3 pre and DiMarzio Model J pickups, and an 82 Fender P-bass

The heavyweights are great to have around for the occasional outdoor gig or when you want to actually see your clothes ruffling while you play!

I used a mid 70's SVT with the 810 for years, now use the head with newer Ampeg 410 and 115 cabs. The 810 stays in the trailer....

i have a svt 4 head with an 8x10 cab and i can't figure out the best way to hook it up...it sounds good but it should be louder and fill up the space more...
