Not to derail, but is there a special keyboard or something I'm missing.... where is the ohm symbol? I find myself typing the word out sometimes half a dozen times in a single post. Yeah, it's only three or four characters, but still.

If you're on a Mac, press the option button and z together - Ω
Windows I believe is hold down Alt and press [DEL]2126[/DEL] 234 (edit)

ΩΩΩΩ it only works (on my laptop) if I use the calculator numbers, not the numbers across the top, but it still works, so thanks! ΩΩΩΩ

Now you can meditate whenever you want. ΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ 
On a mac you can define in system preferences, keyboard, text to replace "ohm" with "Ω". So when you type the word, the symbol replaces it. Option-z is much easier.
