Not sure if the fan poll counts for much at all, but they're currently in the lead with 27% of the popular vote. We should all do our part to help them get in. And there's some interesting nominees in general this year!

Inversely, I read an interview where they said that they didn't really want to be in the HOF, which I totally understand. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame letting in Louis Armstrong, for example... yeah he was a good guy and all but jazz. trumpet player.

WTH is rock and roll 'bout that?

Plus apparently they don't care about prog. Like at all. So why now?

Is it just me that couldn't care less about this so called Hall of Fame? I know if a band is good.

I am a huge Chic fan and they could rock just Queen could get funky. Remember, that John Deacon literally came up with Another Bites the Dust after hanging out with Chic while they recorded Good Times.

As for Rush, I would love to see them in because they have probably inspired more boys to pick guitars, bass, and drums,
than any band since the Beatles.

Overall, I say the RRHOF should change their name to the Pop Hall of Fame.
