lol i had a pm in less than 1 minute from its future owner..i posted it, sigged it and as soon as i clicked save sig the pm was waiting for me. i didnt even have a chance to announce it in this thread. i really think it may have been the fastest TB transaction EVER.

i should have thought about the socket as i have used this method to do plenty of other things.

Yeah it looks like it plays killer. I just hope my finishing skills are as good on this as they are on a vehicle. Ive been studying examples of exactly how i want to turn out . I dont wanna just spray it and go i wanna get different tones an hues out of the amber. Ive been working on the body bit by bit and i really think if i just take my time and dont get impatient by mid february. This is really gonna be a jaw dropper.

BTW without itemizing everything (ill do that at the end of the thread when its complete) the grand total for this bass (thats purchase price +parts -cash ive gotten back from hocking parts)is...

$475 with parts and all labor!!!
For the quailty of what the finished product will be id say thats pretty damn good!

lol the mothman will be in my stable i promise...im brewing up 1 more P bass after this but thats a secret project (hint: i cant live without black n tort in my stable) and if im really trying to free up enough cash for a Callowhill custom 6er. then i will be ready for that goofy but i gotta have it Mothman bass...provided my new interest in owning a Ric dosent get in my way. i have to think practical before pleasure, but when the stars align ill have the mothman.
