Sounds like a you problem, they were a huge hipster band back when hipsters were relevant.
This is not surprising at all, I heard from some friends who saw them earlier on this tour that they were straight up yelling at each other and the venue's sound man (they didn't bring their own - likely none are willing to work with them any more) throughout their set, and walked off at one point.
Performance art. If they do this every night, it's just part of the show.
Yeah they were pretty popular in the 90s-00 and they’re still touring globally. They have some great tunes. But that’s pretty funny/dumb.
It is potentially the offence of Affray, which carries a penalty of up to 10 years imprisonment ;-)

That's the MAXIMUM penalty. In reality, they'd probably be only get fined at most, may be a good behaviour bond or similar. The purpose of mentioning 10 years imprisonment is to demonstrate that it is not a minor offence in its own right, albeit that the eventually penalty might be minor.
Anton has mellowed out quite a bit with age. Love the BJM.
Love this band, but sad to see the volatility is still present. So ungracious in a time when folks spend a lot of hard earned loot to see a concert pertaining to music, not a half ass wrestling event involving middle aged men. Not everyone grows up or gets the help they need I suppose.

I had a childhood friend who was really into this band. So I dialed them up on Amazon Prime Music a few years ago and was entirely underwhelmed.
This is classic Anton Newcombe. I'm surprised that fans showed up for this show and are suprised he did something like this.
Also, if you haven't heard of a band, that generally doesn't mean much. They may not be AC/DC or Metallica, but this band is well known and has a lot of fans. If you asked the general public if they've heard of The Weather Report, it would be an incredibly small percentage of people that replied that they have. Apparently the bass player for that band is kind of a big deal on this forum.

I’m a huge fan of 90’s-2000’s rock, and I only recall ever hearing of this band in passing. Maybe they were popular in a small area or something. Then again, I avoided hipster culture like the plague. Certainly irrelevant for most.
