The process is straight forward some trial and error to see how much or how little flavoring. Just download the juice me up calculater and it's easy. They literally tell you how much of each ingredient to use based on your PG VG blend and nic level.

But especially just orange and menthol it's mad easy and there are speed steep methods my favorite is the crock pot. Set your crockpot to warm place the bottle(s) in fill enough so they stand (don't submerge). Shake heat two hours shake and heat another two. Fruits I would do 1-3 hours deserts 2-4 hours tobacco 4-6 hours. Each hour is like a week of steeping this can be useful not just for diy. Bullcityvapor and wizard labs are two good sites for diy supply. Both good prices bull city has faster shipping wizard lab has a little bigger selection but slower.

I'll have to look into that some more. Everything seems to be a custard anymore, and I'm hard pressed to find fruity menthol flavors that I like.

I've always been a fruity guy when it comes to these things. Some of y'all were really helpful, and steering me away from the tobacco was awesome. I do like a drier juice for all day, and occaissionally a sweeter flavor makes a good change of pace.

I'm pretty sure that some of it is oxidation and there isn't a lot you can do about it. Tank coils are bad about gunking up though, because there isn't a way to change the wicking when it gets nasty, and you can't dry burn the coils. I was rebuilding evod coils for the longest, but even that wasn't a great fix as they could end up just as bad within a few weeks. That was my biggest beef with the nautilus. It was fantastic for a week, then just wasn't.

As documented throughout this thread, the cinnamon has been the least interfering flavor in my day to day. Now that you mention it, I think the less sweet / drier flavor has switched out my all day spot because I have switched from light&sweet coffee all day to light, no sugar.

Well, I had my first disappointment with the new device.

The atomizer is made by a company called KangerTech, a Mini Protank II. Yesterday, I needed to charge the battery and after charging, it was impossible to reassemble. It looked as though a part inside the unit was slightly askew, preventing it from going back together.

I drove back to the retailer to get some help (I'm beyond the stage of shame or embarrassment; old) and the guy admitted there was a defect in the atomizer and it couldn't be exchanged. I understood that was their policy when I bought it, so I have to deal with the company direct. No big deal.

I still have and am using the tank that came with the battery and it works fine, so I'm OK with it so far. The only reason I bought the "upgrade" atomizer was so I could replace the element instead of tossing the whole unit.

Live and learn.

On the bright side, after using it for a couple of days, I'm impressed with how much better it is than the Vuse or jail broken Mark 10s I was using before. The taste is 1000 times better.

I don't like the sweetener that several of the companies use, and I feel like it gets into the way of the flavor of the juice at times. I tried a gatorade flavor the other day, and I asked why it had a slight aftertaste of celery. It was the sweetener and VG that they use that gives it that taste.

I would've assumed that they would've had a bad unit exchange at the store level. All of the stores around here have a 7 day warranty for "manufacturing defects" and atty/coils that are DOA. I've only had to take them up on it one time though.

Made the switch to vaping in October of last year, got a mutant clone with a v3 Tobh atty sitting on top, vaping cereal killa and Nora's dream

Yeah the ipv mini's are really nice, never tried the aerotanks though. I'm still rocking an ipv2 but trying to decide on my next setup since that is kind of old now. I've been looking hard that ipv mini 2's which go up to 70 watts, however, I'm kind leaning towards the new ipv4 iPV4 100 Watt Box Mod & aspire atlantis Aspire Atlantis - Vaporizer Chief

If I use a coupon I can get everything I need for under $100 and hopefully that will last me another 6 months like my last one has lol

I'm absolutely loving Nora's dream and cereal killa but after my second bottle of cereal killa I'm getting kind of tired of it, it's a pretty difficult juice to keep in stock at stores so I'm gonna save some for rainy days. And I've never heard of it, who makes it and what's it like?

I may not build the prettiest coils... but they do last! After 9 months of use, my doubled & twisted ribbon coil broke... so I made a new one today. 0.78 ohm (my target was 0.8 ohm). Hits nice, tastes like it should... wicked with a sliver of organic cotton ball.

Still mainly vaping my Touchwood Mini with the brass capped IGO-W and Sweet-Vapes Organic sweet cinnamon. I've got a couple GLV mini as back up (original sparkly orange plus a sparkly brown and a generic polished and black combo). Only thing I've purchased in the last year or so is juice. 2 or 3 mg/ml still.

The new FDA paper released this morning has me nervous... have you all seen it yet?

Yes sir I did, we can expect juice prices to sky rocket. I highly recommend everyone go DIY I spend 40 bucks to get started and enough juice for 6 months. After that it costs about 20 just replenishing favors and vg. I been DIYing for a year now only bought juice if I was in a pinch.

I do fear buying nicotine online may get sketchy. However one thing to consider the FDA didn't step in for years. Vaping this year has expanded to a multi billion dollar industry. There will be taxes the government needs their slice of the cake.

I would expect the market to decrease to just a few juice suppliers. I feel bad for all the small businesses that will get stomped. I bet the company's for products that help quit have a hand in it too. The pharmaceutical companies with meds like Wellbutrin and Zibane for quitting. Look I don't want to quit I like nicotine and vaping allows me to do less of it. Why can't we just vape in peace.....Maybe we just need to start vaping weed then no one will care.

It's not hard at all and using syringes there's not much mess. The only hard part is trial and error of flavoring. But as far as making let's say a 80/20 6mg nic juice there are apps specifically ejuice apps that tell you how much to add. The flavoring is just a trial and error but if you start simple your first batch will be fine. Also there are many recipes online even copycats of premium juice.

I swear by DIY I have done it almost a year and maybe bought three bottles of juice in a pinch. DIY seems so much harder than it really is. I would say total I have spent 60-80 for a whole year of vaping. You just have to be mindful to order ahead of time and take inventory.

Also you may find you like your juice better. One reason I did this is all the menthols I had I wasn't to happy with. I only vape my homemade menthol. Even vaping unflavored (which I am currently) is good it detoxes your taste buds and doubles the life of coils. I highly recommend it especially with the vape purge approaching.

Okay, clutter would have been the better word. The one and only recipe I'm interested in is the Sweet Cinnamon I vape now. One time I was out and had a local shop make it on description and came real close to nailing it... there was one cinnamon and 3 vanillas she put in it. I guess it wouldn't be too much crap to have on hand.

I replace coils because I want to mess with them... since switching to RDAs and ribbon kanthal in September 2013, I've yet to have a coil fail. Every week or 3, I pull my cotton, burn them clean, and re cotton them (walgreens organic cotton balls... still working on the first $3 bag from 2013). I'm sure I have more than 1/2 my ribbon left, but I think I need to order a second spool just to be prepared :)
