Anyone know who the bass player is?

I’m guessing he’s not a “name” player but I figure if anyone knows it will be someone on TalkBass!
I really like the calm and collected way he goes about his work and would like to explore further.
PS how freakin’ good is Rocky Athas on guitar! Worth checking him out further if you’re into that kinda stuff
