Like them, no idea who makes them but must be a lot easier than lugging a full set of bass pedals around. Very useful looking.

  3. I don't recognize it but lot of people actually build them at home Because they can be expensive. There's plenty of videos on YouTube. They can be classically trained organist, one man band type folks, rush fans who don't want to pay For a Taurus. My problem with them is your stuck in the same place onstage. So what i do is record any midi stuff i want at home on my laptop. And sample the recording with my digitech jamman. Have them set up mostly as one shot samples so i hit play and it stops on its own. Good for all kinds of stuff. Just have to be in a band that can play to it because you can't really speed if up or slow it down once its sampled.

Both drummers I play with use in ear or flashing metronome s , they were some of the first drummers I heard able to play electronic type beats, crazy fast. Sync is definitely important .

That thing looks homemade, but we'll done, I was going to run it thru native instruments a absynth or massive, but I like the idea of using it for one shots and loop triggers.

Maybe I can set ip up with led and use it like the ableton square contolller, the black keys would be the horisontal I guess.

I wanted to put midi trigger pads In my bass where I can thump them a with my thumb for years now. A few wires wrapped around my 1/4" cable plus that should do it.
