love DR BB's... have used them on all 3 of my basse's for some time now and only problem I've had is that once you start using a pick the coating really starts coming off, I play with me finger's mostly but some tune's require the ol' plectrum. Haven't had any grabby, sticky problems, but saw mentioned before, a quick string slide will give a "rug burn" sensation.
