Even if the system is corrupt, I think you will still be doing someone some good.
If the corruption that worries you occurs (or is occurring), be it selling organs on black markets, them going to undeserving people, etc, that means there are less organs out there for those who need them. The more organs in the "system", there are more to go around, and more deserving people will end up with them. Even if your particular sacks of tissue get put to bad use, they would be taking one for the team, allowing someone else's to go to a good cause.
One added bonus is your family and friends. At a recent funeral I attended, it was announced that many of her organs were donated (per her wishes) and about 3 people were saved. They were able to say that a newborn baby, a little girl, and a mother now have longer lives because of her. It gave solace to alot of people, and helped their grieving. They won't necessarily find out if your organs are put to bad use. So one reason can be for your family and friends, and helping them get through your death.
And there is that whole "I'll be too dead to care" thing.
