Ashdown electric blue EB-12 180

Hi guys,

Seen one of these for sale which isn't too far away from me, but if I was to gig with it in the future, would 180 watts be enough for pubs/small clubs?

I have an Ashdown EB 15-180 and it is more than
enough for smaller gigs.

I don't know if the difference in speaker size will
make a huge difference.

I will say that it is a great sounding amp.

I use one for small gigs. I also picked up an Ashdown 2x10 cabinet for larger gigs which will give you the full power output of the amp.

It is a surprisingly beefy amp. Ive got the 12'' and its a decent sounding amp for what it is. I also have a 2x10 extension cab and it gets substantially ballsier. That being said, its definitely the ashdown sound which isnt all that desirable to some. To me it has a very clean low end but never seems to deliver the clarity i like in a band situation. I use it as a practice amp at our rehearsal space.

By itself it will not fill a room with a loud drummer...
