ATA Case for Epiphone T-bird.

Do they sell ATA cases for a thunderbird epiphone?

I just have the regular hard case, and I don't think it is tough enough to protect the bass in plane traveling.

If you are talking about a true ATA flight case, you are talking about a seriously strong box, not one you are ever gonna carry on. I have custom ATA flight case that will fit any bass. It is designed to accommodate the bass in the gig bag. That way, when the plane touches down I can carry my bass back to the hotel to practice etc. in the gig bag and leave the flight case with the rest of the road cases.

Ok, not a T-Bird and not made to match the ATA spesifications to the letter, but the needs and the dimensions are similar. In fact, when I'll be building again in the nearish future, the OAK-Bird will recieve a case with the same dimensions so the stackable corners will prove their value.

Why buy a case that will cost you more than the bass itself?... Aren't epiphones tbirts going used for about 250?

I have two ATA cases... a 300 dollar gator... and 600dollar anvil... The anvil is too heavy and big... The gator is heavy but manageable. I suggest you just pack the bass well inside the case with socks and underwear to avoid damage. Bubble wrap if available... Its the logical thing to do...

On a bad day. On a good day you can get a new one for that.
