If Music123 is out, then they're both out. As stated earlier, I ordered mine from Music123, triple checked the phone number I called, am CERTAIN I called music123, and got my order and shipped email from musiciansfriend. They are indeed the same place.
Fer what it's worth also, I got my 2 for 130 and 180. Not as good as Fenderhutz, but had I known they would go that low I'm certain I would have gotten that also. You need to simply call and be persistent. My salesperson initially said no way on the lower price I threw at him. Said (understandably) that he couldn't put in/request that low a price just because someone on a forum said so. I told him I'd buy the 4 and 5 for $310 (the lowest price anyone quoted here at the time) if his manager would ok it. Asked him to please simply request that. He did, came back and gave it to me.
If they're doing it, they'll do it. phone call and a little persistence. No codes needed.
A little completrely unrelated story for anyone who feels they don't have the skills, or cujones to bust their chops till they give you the price you want. Don't feel too bad.
Once upon a time I parked in a Dunken Doughnuts parking lot for 10 minutes. They booted my car. Wanted $175 for me to get the boot off. I was naturally infuriated, as were a couple of other people. Guy in the towtruck was telling me and another guy the only way it's coming off is if we cough up the $175. The other guy took his jacket off and said, "you have a choice. take that boot off my car right this second or I'm going to kill you!" he absolutely meant it (or at least throw this guy the beating of his life) and I and the tow truck driver knew it. the driver took the boot off. tough guy felt bad for me and said, "now take it off his car". Driver said he has to drive over to it, and drove out of the lot. Can't tell ya how that made me feel. I paid $175.
