That's what I was afraid of initially. I'm used to my Jazz, which doesn't hum too bad, but it's always there, at least a little bit. Once I played, I remembered that this one has the humbucker.

interesting to note the diagram for the ATK-200 is completely different. the pickup itself looks more like a traditional MM, and its a "double humbucker" rather than triple coil. some folks posit the atk-200 is headed to these shores soon... curious how different it'll sound.

maybe it'll be a thanksgiving miracle! haha. oh well. Im just a greedy little atk'er. in the next two weeks I will be undergoing some atk goodness. one of them is getting a new neck which is now finished in CA waiting to ship. and Im doing an electronics overhaul on another one. that leaves one stock and another on its way!

NOT happy with Music 123. I ordered the ATK (4 string black) on Friday, and they gave me an order number. On Monday they sent an email saying they cancelled the order.
I called to see what was up and all they said was that they had ONE, used, that they would sell me for $395!
This is NOT good service.

Ok here's mine. Plays pretty darn well. I am quite happy with the sounds I am pulling out of it. This will be a backup to either my MIA P or MIA J.

Also, thanks to MrBassyPants. I called Music123.com and received the 123% price match. The cost of the bass went from $169 to $130.99!!!!! Thanks brother for saving a fellow bassist some more green.

TB, the place to be!!!

When these start showing up in the Classifieds, I'll be prepared to offer a sweet premium and pay $140--maybe even $150.:p

MyTri Burst ATK 305 is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. Emailed M 123 and asked for the 123% match. Got another $32.10 knocked off to put it at $180.99! Even found a nice hardshell case under one of the beds,and a bass I forgot I had. Thank got I got my inventory down to a manageable 19 from 77 at one point.
