Is there a street price for the 1533-E yet ?
ah, he said couldn't find it. thanks.
...Like when we did Mikes Farris' "Mercy Now" which is bass/acoustic out front, mid switch was down. Things like "Dead Flowers" had the mid switch up, with that grindy mid tone cutting through.
Thank you! That's exactly the sort of thing I was hoping the mid switch would be useful for.
Just curious, for you and anyone else who has a Hathor cab, is the top end roll-off switch useful? How do you have it set most of the time?
Many times I when I use my pair of 1203's I'll have the mid switch engaged on one cab, and off on the other.
Wonder how a pair of the 1203's would work with an Orange Terror Bass head, ala Geddy Lee or Chris Squire style of playing?

Random question. I was looking at the various T/S parameters for the 8 ohm vs the 4 ohm version of the Faital 18HP1060. Most of the parameters are pretty close, but not exactly the same. Not being an audio wiz, I had to look up what those parameters even mean.
Does any of this translate to an audible difference between the 4 and 8 ohm version of your Hathor 1855?
Thanks Duke!
I'm sure any differences will be pretty small - Faital wouldn't use the same model number for the 8 and 4 ohm version if they were radically different. This is just idle curiosity.![]()
Your question is actually valid, I recall Duke mentioning differences between 4 and 8 ohm versions of the Thunderchild 15
