in this moment ,i have 3 process with the shipping companies (fedex,dhl ,Usps ) for the same case: damages (scratches ,broken pots , but no drilled holes fortunatelly ...)
all basses are strictly/carefully packaged ..but the customs officers not respect nothing ...!

because of these inconvenients ....sincerelly ,i`m considering move the MOG factory to another country ...but is too hard obtain a permission/visa ....specially ,in USA.

...and threatening to speak bad comments about my company in Talkbass ...:scowl:Will you be able to charge Customs to repair the bass? I was considering a Columbian bass but now I'm not so sure.
I filed a complaint about the bag that the bass came in because they completely ruined it. No matter what I will always keep buying Colombian basses.
Did you hear anything about your claim? I submitted mine this morning.
I am sure that I will own another Colombian Baby Bass (travel sized) sometime in the future.
