Does That at mean if I plug my bass into a horse at 4 ohms it'll be louder than a TCE RH750?

No question that if you plug anything into the back end of a horse, you're going to get a lot of loud noises. Never sure what horses are thinking but if you could get them to meditate, fours ohms might help calm them down. Maybe eight ohms would be better though.
