I go through whole blocks of time when I feel like this. It fades away when I make some progress. I think it comes from me hitting lulls in progress as a player. Then boom I start moving forward again and it's all sunshine and rainbows till the next lull.Does anyone else have days where they feel like there terrible musicians. Or you just get super frustrated at your practice
I do too. But they pass for me too. Bad days may be a crushing deadload but tomorrow will be better!I have bad days around just about everything, not only music. When I'm in them it feels like that's all that exists. Thankfully they pass. I've learned to just ride them out.
I think it goes hand in hand with being an artist. For some it's more intense than for others.
