I was listening to some obscure song today by the Rolling Stones and thought that it was a miracle that they have been around forever considering how awful a singer Jagger really is.Now don't get me wrong,I'm 55 am grew up loving the Stones but Jagger has to be the poster child for a guy with a terrible voice that made it.Who's your example?

One of the best frontmen I ever played with was a HORRIBLE singer. But he was as magnetic of a personality as they come.
What about Bernard Sumner of New Order? Can't hold a tune in a bucket but without him New Order would suck.#

A lot of the other guys mentioned have not-so great voices, but at least they sound like how I expect from the recordings.
Anthony Kiedis can't even sound the same live as in the studio no matter how hard he tries. Same with Stephan Jenkins from Third Eye Blind.
Frank Zappa?? He basically just talks, but I don't think he ever thought of himself as a singer anyways.
