Please don't do what? I've been playing for 20+ years and while I've had some wrist problems in the past going to lighter strings and the smaller neck of my Stambaugh took care of them.
I'm just saying that the posture you have in your video is very, very bad for your wrist. Having had carpal tunnel syndrome/surgery myself, I feel qualified to comment. Maybe you just do that when seated, I don't know. Feel free to ignore me.
The cool thing about a pair of the ML112's is that they still sound really good at low volumes. You can turn down and just have a fuller sound that has tons of headroom should the party escalate to full on rave status!

Played a small coffee house gig last night with my ShuttleMax 9.2 into a single Baer ML-112 (my usual rig)
Last night I used my "new to me" MTD 535-24 and I believe I've reached my personal BASS TONE NIRVANA...

Only a square wouldn't buy Baers in pairs.
Last night the iAmp / Baer combo actually killed it: super low volume rehearsal with my NS electric upright playing with two acoustic guitars and three singers in a living room. Sounded awesome. The real test will be Sunday when I have rehearsal with my thrash band, though.
Color me "Cubed" then. I am the guy who also loads the pair of PA speakers, PA Mixer, two guitars, guitar amp (head/cab), guitar effects pedal board, (I play guitar in my Duo in addition to Bass) Stand bag, cables bags, Light bar/light stand, bass amp and cab, bass or two.
If a second bass cab is not warranted, it's not getting crammed into my SUV with everything else. Would it sound better and look cool? Of course. But my back is getting enough of a workout as it is.
I am a Square indeed .... and a "moving man." I play for free. My gigs just pay me to move all that gear back and forth. Ya k know?
If only I was a bass player accountable for only my bass gear. ..One can only dream.

Reminds me of the last band I was in. the "band" would show up at the gig and spend an hour setting up. Then the vocalist would show up, plug his mic in and look at us like "Geez, aren't you guys ready yet?"
After a week with a Monique, I totally understand the reason Baer cabs match up well. I'd probably redo my rig with them now.
not sure about your amp, i have an iAmp-600 & it sounds better with the gain run pretty hot, then adjust the master; pretty much ignore the clip light.
It's nice to have a rig come together like that. I'm curious what were your SM9.2 settings and style of music, and if you use any effects?

What were your SM9.2 settings (eq, FET vs tube)? Do you use any effects to get the sound you're after? I don't see too many users post about the SM9.2->ML112 and am curious what works best for them. I've never had the pleasure of trying out an MTD 535. My mainstays are a Carvin SB5000 with SM9.2 or Valenti PJ5 with STM900. I'm considering a VT Bass DI to provide some extra tonal variation.
