Mushrooms for pizza, chili, stir fry, anxiety and just for about anything for any reason.

Rogue Dead Guy Ale.

They have a distillery too, in Newport OR. I've only been there once but it was very cool and they had some pretty imaginative pub food on offer as well. Dead Guy is pretty good stuff in my book too.

I think we've pegged the fun meter for now at 200+ figs off our tree.The dehydrator has been going full tilt for three solid days now, and we froze three gallon bags full too. Online recipe searches kept hitting on goat cheese and we just happened to have a gallon of so of spoiled raw goat milk, so my wife did it up today. It came out really well, much better than we really expected actually. Just added in some fresh lemon basil, first of the season. Have cinnamon and Thai basil in small amounts now too, but I want to see how the lemon sits after a day or so in the fridge before I go overboard.

I'll see if that's feasible. I've never seen their booze anywhere but at the distillery, but Newport is a fairly easy drive for me.
