Seek out the balsamico, my friend.I think Im going to have a microwaved day old baked potato for breakfast with my coffee. Mayonnaise on top?, maybe ketchup?, maybe both with salt and pepper. Sour cream and chives would be nice. I might add vinegar. Is balsamico hard to find?. I really like vinegar but never tried balsamico. I probably have never been in the same room as balsamico as far as I know.
Is it always aged?. Is that the secret to better Balsamico?. This thread starts off with you mentioning you had 75 year old vintage. That sounds cool.Seek out the balsamico, my friend.
HA!, I'll have to cash in a lot of empty beer bottles to buy hundreds of dollars worth of vinegar.It's sold at most grocery stores. Price varies. The more you pay the better it tastes...in most cases. If you want you can get a great bottle for hundreds of dollars!
