Bands with 2 bass players

The Alley Cats Jazz Band from Disney's The Aristocats had two bassists, one who played an upright and the other an acoustic bass. I remember being so impressed with how cool this all was as a kid, and I sure as heck wanted to be one of those cool cats. It still holds up!

Other, non-animated examples include Big Sir and a few early Cure songs. Personally, I could do without guitar entirely, it's just too whiny sounding and high-pitched to me, unless used in a non-traditional way. (sorry to those who are also guitarists - it's nothing personal, I just don't care for the sound of the instrument) Same with vocals. I would love it if there were an experimental instrumental band with two bassists, drums and a keyboardist. No guitars and no stupid lyrics to detract from the vibe. Similar to Grails, but with an additional bassist. It would be absolutely perfect.
