Does anyone know where I can buy a Bartolini TC6 (or TC4) dual preamp/buffer? And does anyone know how much different the AGDB-18 dual buffer is from the TC, in terms of gain, imput impedence, noise, etc.?

No, call them. They are cool guys. They will just order it for you. They didn't have the TC4 either when I ordered it. So they ordered it and then sold it to me.
