Bass identification needed!!!

Hi, this is my first post so im not sure if im doing it right lol. I've searched everywhere to try and find out what bass this is but i cant find it any where. If anyone can tell me a manufacter/ model it would be great. thanks!

the picture is kinda bad and the headstock is cut out of the picture. all i can tell is it has a single j bass pickup and what looks to be a badass bridge.

Pretty difficult to get clear caps of this thing. I've certainly never seen this bass before, so my guess is it's a one-off.

It kinda sorta looks like a Fender Bass V, but this is a 4 string, so it isn't that.
