Listen, our band used to spend summers touring the camping festival circuit and if you've ever been to a camping festival (summer heat, sweaty fans, no showers)... They're loads of fun, but then they start to stink.Did you fart or something?
Yeah man, i took the pic right side up, when I attached it it looked fine, then when I hit "post". ... Poor Bootsy ended up on his side!Another sideways picture victim. Somebody needs to ask what’s been going on here lately.
I had a Jerry Only action figure. Not this one, but just as well executed.View attachment 7302757

Tony Franklin
I think he doesn't allow his likeness to be used for toys. I could be wrong, but I don't think I've ever seen one.I’d bet there’s a Keanu Reeves figure out there somewhere.
"I told you. The wire from the bass goes in the amp, not the mains!"
Then Keanu makes ME sad.I think he doesn't allow his likeness to be used for toys. I could be wrong, but I don't think I've ever seen one.
I saw this Funko homage to The Cure over the weekend (complete with bassist Simon Gallup) and it made me wonder… what other bassists have been immortalized as action figures?

Gene Simmons immediately comes to mind as the obvious one.
I would have expected Flea, but Google only shows homemade fan-art-style versions.
Anyone else?
This was not something I'd heard of or even imagined until today. Then, this morning, I was watching a YouTube video of Dan Hawkins showing his new studio () and he showed a couple of these figures including a Cliff Burton doll. I had to pause and rewind because my mind couldn't believe I saw it correctly. Then, an hour later, I stumbled across this post. Amazing stuff. It's not anything I'd want, but I'm delighted by the ridiculousness of this niche product.I saw this Funko homage to The Cure over the weekend (complete with bassist Simon Gallup) and it made me wonder… what other bassists have been immortalized as action figures?
