Well, I'll be a loyal customer again once if/when you return. Nothing but good things to say about my experience.
I had never even heard of BSO until this thread, but after reading all the love, I do hope it reopens so that I can experience what I've missed out on.
Same here, though it may be a little while before I need new strings

I have bought a few sets from BSO. I don't buy a lot of strings because I play my strings until they are beyond dead.
I was going to send a link to my student for recommended strings on her new MM and where to get them from (BSO). Super sad to see Jason closed up shop. Now that I see he's reopening, ALL of my future string purchases will be from whatever Jason's new endeavor is. I don't want to see that quality of service to the bass playing community go away again.

Jason is all right with me. I don't buy many strings either, but when I did: BSOL. Even put a bumper sticker on my truck. Damn flats last forever, though.
