A Wal and a pre-CBS Jazz. Sorry, I am not dropping $6000+ for a bass. I have crossed the $2k threshold 5 or 6 times and that is about as far as I want to go right now.

Also, a F-Bass BN5. I have tried to buy/trade a few F-Basses but the deals always seem to fall through or I just miss the boat. I work 20-30 minutes from George F's shop and maybe I will eventually get the one bass I have been GASsing for for a few years.

I don't know what you are thinking but the Buzzard screams unhinged rock and roll. It rocks.

The Status Buzzard is the one I want but will probably never get because Hans Pee Pee (Hans Peter Wilfer owner of Warwick) has sued Rob Green of Status to stop making them.

Also being a life long Entwistle fan I'd love to have Alembic make a replica of his Explorer style Alembic. An exact copy not the one they popped out after his death. I checked with Alembic about 8 years ago and they were talking about $16k then. Probably twice that much now.

What's the point of 2 fretted Jazz basses? Strung differently?

The neck on the right is EADG, the one on the left is BEAD.

Does anyone else think this is rediculous?

Can someone here please help me think of one legitimate reason why someone would buy a bass with two necks, one tuned EADG, the other tuned BEAD, when one could more easily procure a bass with one neck and five strings tuned BEADG?
