My BABY..... got her in 30 years.... Still sounds better than ANY bass I've ever owned.

My basses, to me, are tools... If a better tool comes along at a reasonable price, I have no problem selling any of them.
Oddly, although I really don't consider myself a guitar player anymore (used to be my main instrument), I have two guitars that I will probably never sell. One is my '98 Fender American Deluxe Fat Strat, and the other is my custom-shop '97 Taylor.

My friend did the fancy painting. It is the only sentimental bass that I have a pic of, the other being my first one which was a gift.
I own 8 and there are 3 that I would have to be extra hard-pressed to sell.
08 SX SPJ- a rare musical Christmas gift from my wife who just doesnt understand why I do the "music thing"
08 Clement custom- totally gorgeous and my first true custom.
92 Carvin LB-75-I rarely play 5's but I've never owned any bass as long as this one. I even had it on the market last year but for some reason I couldnt bring myself to pull the trigger on a deal for it.
I'll post pics later (when I get home) of the Clement and the Carvin. The SX is the white P-J with black PG and old headstock that we've all seen a million times.

I don't play it as much as my Lakland BG anymore but for sentimental reasons I'll never sell it. Kind of a crap picture. I'll have to see if I have a better one later.
