Bassist with the best singing voice

Chris Squire of Yes.. thank god he does sing like that or all those harmonys with the soprano midgeoto Jon Anderson would get a little strange :)

Stephen Stills plays bass on some CSNY stuff, and all those guys are amazing vocalists..

Geddy.. :)

Paul.. :)

Jack Bruce :)

Sting has an.. interesting voice :) works well though

NOT ME! :( :) Everyone point and laugh at the almost tone deaf bassist! ooh..its me  oh well..

I also really like Chris Squire's voice. I love singing harmonies, and he was amazing at singing beautiful, complex harmonies with killer bass lines. I also like Sting. Anyone ever heard of a funk band called "Dag"? If I remember right, the bassist is the singer, and he is great.

Peter Steele
Sting
McCartney
Doug Pinnick

... all great singers and a lot of styles too.

The next question is who is richer, Sting or McCartney? Probably McCartney until Sting sells a few more Benz's, some Budweiser, Chee-tos, and whatever else anyone asks him to. Sting, you're rich! You don't need anymore to throw on the pile! Quit making yourself look dumb!

Of course if someone gave me money I'd be dancing next to the Chee-tos leopard like Paula freakin' Abdul...

best Bassist-rapper: Adam Yauch (Beastie Boys)

i will not rest untill everyone i know recognize him as a great bassist! (right now i´m listening to his solo piece on the instrumental "Flutterman´s rule", one of the best distorted bass instrumentals ever.

I happen to enjoy Flea's voice. It sounds very... funny.

And you're right, Adam from the Beastie Boys is a good bass player. I saw them play Sabotage live a couple times, and hes good. But he wears his bass up by his neck.
