    Yes!!! On Ben Harpers older stuff Juan had some killer playing. Especially on the Fight For Your Mind album. Havent listened to much of his more modern stuff but it didnt seem to have a lot going on, bass wise. More pop and less funk

    OK, I’ll play...
    Tony Reeves is one of those guys who “also served”; an alum of the fabled John Mayall band and other varied musical pursuits, he joined this congregation, Coliseum, a classic example of late 60’s British Jazz/Blues/Rock. This band, while not being huge in their time, featured quite a roster of players with connections to Mayall, Jack Bruce, Humble Pie, Greenslade, Ginger Baker, and others. Reeves is obviously one cool cat, and in this clip is an early purveyor of(literally)rocking the wah on bass...
