I've aquired a BBE 362NR (sonic maximizer and noise reducer) and want to hook it up to my Ampeg SVT 3 PRO. I just wanna be sure it's connected properly, so any help would be greatly appreciated. If it matters, I'm not running any other F/X, just my bass into the SVT3, into the cabs. Thanks in advance!

BBE 362NR help!

Run it in the effects loop if it will take the input level ok. Otherwise, run your bass into the SM.
I had a BBE back in the '80s - - it didn't seem to do squat for my sound, and I came to the conclusion that this was yet another "emperor has no clothes" piece of gear. Was I the only one, or am I missing something?
Ehh, the older BBE stuff (up through the 300 series; I have the 362SW) is a little bit artificial sounding. I still have my Sonic Maximizer in my rack, but I don't use it any more. I've switched to an Aphex Bass Xciter, which performs a similar function, but it's more subtle and natural sounding, and it's much more tweakable.
