Be a great bass player

1.Thumb placement is important

Thumb placement is no small detail, but something of critical importance if you want to be a good bass player. In order to make playing the bass much easier on yourself it's important to keep the thumb of your fretting hand in the right spot. Keeping your hand setup properly makes it much easier to play your bass lines, scales and chords, and also begin to develop fast single note runs.

you must mean the impressive single note "RUNS" LMAO

You don't have to spend long frustrating hours learning to play!

Wow, if only Jaco, Larry Graham, Marcus Miller and all the others had this excellent tool in their hands when they started playing....LOL

Sad thing is, some people actually buy into this and fork money over to these people....Poor Pete Wentz :(

Man, this website has really opened up new doors for me. I'm totally going to stop coming up with creative basslines for my band. I'm just going to crank the volume to 11 and play root notes. Then I'll look really great playing in a band and get all the ladies! Those are my only real goals anyway!
