How often do you clean/change your bedding? Lets keep this clean. I'm pretty good about getting it into the wash every other week. There's almost nothing better than sleeping on clean sheets.

Every week you take the bottom sheet and put it on top....and you take the top sheet and put it on the bottom...

Anyone who doesn't do that spends a night in the box......

I change sheets twice a week. Love the feeling of new sheets, and often if I can't sleep at night I'll get up and change them, as sometimes that is why I can't sleep

Depends ... in the winter when I sleep with pajamas on, it can go 3-4 weeks before they really need to be changed, but in the summer when it's hot and I'm wearing less I try to get them changed about every week.

When I start to gross myself out, its time to change the sheets. I do sleep better in fresh sheets though. I just with I had the ambition.

Every 2 weeks maximum. Dust mites live in there otherwise.

I have 3 cats that sleep with us so I change the sheets every couple of days.

A week or so. Some times you just want to do it more often. We have a few sets, so its fairly quick and easy. We wash our comforter cover about every 6 weeks too.
