Beer through a straw

Whenever there's an outdoor festival around here, the beer tents only serve tap beer in plastic solo cups because if they sold bottles, the ground would be nothing but broken glass. I've always wondered why they don't just sell canned beer.

Kegs = higher profit.

I find it hard to believe that not one person in this thread has yet said that drinking beer through a straw isn't right. Should be like a rule..... or something.
