I Bought the BDI21 out of curiosity and I'm very impressed with the sound, well it's not a samps but to get introduced in the world of effects it's worth.

I am using the BLE 100 & PB 100. Cheap yes plastic yes
but for the money they rock. My band likes them and they do what I wanted them to. You can make the PB 100 sound a lot like a overdrive or tube amp. I have six of there pedals all togather but that is what I use on bass. I am using them with a Peavey Sirrus BXP 5 & Peavey TNT 115 With a Black Widow speaker.

The pedal works for me. It actually tracks my bass Perfectly, and I like the quality of the output tone. I'll be using it at gigs.
Anyone know how many hours the battery lasts with their stomp boxes. I'll be using the BEQ700 at gigs now, and I'd rather not throw batteries away unnecessarily.

I have the Beringer Bass chorus. I love the sound, but with mine, the chorus sound bleeds through even when turned off. Not subtle either, it really comes through, I'd say maybe 40% of the "on" sound.
Just looked at the price and manual, and I bet that you could get a better/better built (non-pedal) tuner for about the same price. The other thing that amazes me is that for another 90$ I have a pedal tuner that 1) is built better 2) can supply other effects with power and 3) uses less mA's (55 compared to the Behringer's 70...)!SBassman4x said:

It even has a circut that minimizes battery usage when it's off! And I find it funny how the manual doesn't give the tuning accuracy!

I just got mine last night and was testing. It sounded nice and virtually noise-free , but I could swear that I could still hear chorus with the unit turned off. Now I'm gonna have to take a hard listen to the pedal tonight. If this is the case, the unit is JUNK and will be returned. I don't know what the heck I'm going to do with this. This is a VERY NOISY pedal, and now that I did some searches, I wasn't the first to notice. I should have done more reading and researching. The noise is hiss, whenever the level knob is turned up to above 2 or 3, and that's not good at all. The problem is that this setting isn't even as loud as the clean signal, so to even use the pedal, I'm gonna have to deal with the hiss.
I have NO NOISE at all without the pedal, even with highs and tweeter turned up.
Is anyone running a DC adapter with these, and if so, what type, brand, and model?
I tried them with a couple of generic 9V adapters, and I'm getting serious hum. I am ordering a Visual Sound onespot unit, but needed to power it temporarily with one of these. NOTE: Both of these 9V adapters power the BDI21 unit hum-free, but hum like crazy when I tested the other separately and/or together.

My Yorkville XS800H has a wet-dry control for the effects loop. Luckily, if I play a song entirely with the chorus on or off, I can just adjust that knob. Makes it difficult to do if I go on/off during a song.
I also have the vintage Phaser pedal. It has a positive/negative feedback switch. This pedal too, will bleed that "swooshing" sound when turned off. I guess I'll be putting both of them on ebay, and just saving up for Boss and MXR.

I use a 1spot 9v for my pedals (Behringer chorus, bdi, wah) without any noise problems.
If it helps, remember to perpendicularly cross (+) all your cables (1/4", DC plug, etc) rather than lay them parallel (||) next to each other. It's less tidy, but that's where the bulk of audible electrical interference comes from.

All of my Behringer pedals have proved noise free when bypassed (using both batteries and a Visual One Spot adaptor)
