I disagree, imagine being a black woman or girl with natural hair who is in an environment where most people have straight hair. Folks wanting to touch your kinky hair can get tired very fast. I've seen it and I have had female relatives and friends talk about it. It really grates their nerves!
There's validity to this post, even though I find the article itself kinda silly. There are people who will touch a black woman's hair as if they've never seen it in person before. Like it's a sideshow or a novelty. I've seen that a few times, with my sisters and my wife.
Black chicks will also get offended if they're wearing a weave, and don't want anybody to know
So there is a little more to it when there's a black woman involved. Again, though, this article is just silly IMO
