AYCE wings on Monday night
I've never eaten at a Hooter's. How is the food?
Frankly, I'm always a little sceptical about food quality in a restaurant that offers a "view".
Ha... There is a local place with more of a view. They advertise a businessman lunch buffet on weekdays... They tell me it's pretty decent.... from what I heard anyways.... My wife and I stopped at a Hooters coming home from a football game last year. She wanted wings. I didn't argue.... Their wings were decent. Nothing spectacular. Their service was absolutely atrocious. I won't be back.I've never eaten at a Hooter's. How is the food?

I agree about the service at hOOters, but it gives me a chance to digest & visit the bathroom while I'm waiting for the waitress to bring me more wings.
Their hottest wings are pretty good, but TBH my own chicken curry is about twice as spicy.
I had 48 wings there one night, well most of the 48. I think I left one or two behind.
It's a 90 minute drive home, so you can just imagine how I was feeling on the way home.
Disclaimer: their wings are spicy enough
I didn't mean they're weak, but I throw holy basil & Thai chilies in my curries

Ci-Ci's pizza isn't that great, but it's pretty stellar if you're in the right state
Ive heard that if you eat all the fat and meat off the bone of medium sized wings, that you are downing 250 per wing. I think it may be heaven for old deceased baseball players hiding in cornfields
probably more, because the initial plate-full of wings was served with home fries also
they intended to bring those every time, but I told the waitress to nix the chips
We were there around 12:30 on Friday, and it was $30 a head, not including drinks or dessert (we drank water and skipped dessert).
I don't know if it's still around, but 20 years ago there was a AYCE seafood place in Va Beach called Capt John's that was fantastic.
I was thinking more about Colorado...
