Best bedroom amp?

So Im thinkin about a practice amp for my room. Obviously nothing huge and not a big volume requirement. Now I know that theres tons of tiny beginner amps out there but Id rather have something with some serious tone. My current Fender Rumble25 is just garbage. The speakers farts out on an open A string if the volume is at 3 and this is with the eq set flat and a passive bass. So what can i get that will give pro sound at a lower volume and can double as an endtable?
Any price ranges are fine. I dont mind paying whatever as long as its worth what it costs. New, Used.... whatever

Well I got a Orange Crush 35B, great for jams and bedroom times.
Nice tone.
No effects though

The Ampeg Micro Stack sound awesome & if the gig is small enough, you'll be able to us it out on a gig.

You could also get a self-powered pair of studio monitors & a pedal like the VT Bass and just plug one into the other, it'll work. It will double as a kick ass stereo if you get a proper sound card for your computer too...

The Phil Jones Bass Body is awesome (I plan on getting one) and will drive a small speaker.

Oh I forgot to mention, with the Orange crush 35B, it's got 2 inputs, low and high, and you can plug 2 basses in at the same time. It's also got line out, speaker , phones

Yea i just checked out that orange crush 35B. I think that might be in the lead. good options as far as connections and a pretty fair price as well.

I think the Acoustic B20 is a great practice amp for the money, it has nice fat tone and is louder than it should be for only 20 watts. Plus, it has a 12 in it which sounds alot better to my ear than the single 10 in most practice amps.

To name a few, check out the hartke a series, the acoustic b series, one of the line 6 low down amps, and the ibanez swx series. those amps would make great bedroom amps. I've recently owned a hartke a100 and it sounds awesome.
