Hats the best five stringer for metal, I'm looking at a k5 feildy, Spector ns-anything..
The new Alex Webster SPECTOR® was designed with "Metal" bassists in mind... Alex was very hands-on regarding the specs.
I designed the blood graphic for the bass for Alex and have had one of the prototypes in my studio to play and take photos of for SPECTOR®. It's a cool bass. I personally have one on order.
It features dual active EMG DC pups running through an 18v EMG BQC circuit.
The really cool thing about this bass is the neck profile. It's been shaved down to become the skinniest neck you can get on a SPECTOR®, making it very fast. And if you're familiar with Alex Webster's music you understand why.
It was designed to be the ultimate metal bass.
