If no budget is concerned the very best possible road case money can buy is the Kriz-kraft by A and S cases.

I had them take my Kriz Kraft to the next level by making the front and rear rail adjustable plus I had them install a swing open plexi glass door on the front so people would stop messing with my presets and bumping knobs. Before anyone asks yes there is plenty of ventilation and no the power amps do not get hot because of the plexi glass door on the front.

If you are looking for the best, IMO you'd be better avoiding the ABS plastic ones (gator/SKB etc).

There are a lot of good heavy duty ones out there, like Anvil and Road Ready. While these are excellent, you can get similar quality cases built locally (generally), for much cheaper.

My money would go on any ATA300 (IIRC) spec'd case, as (again, IIRC) those are the highest rated. Anything similar should be fine too. Basically anything with thick coated wood panels (sometimes even metal ontop of the wood) and metal frame work, ball corners & recessed handles etc.
