Best rig for my new GK Backline 600

Hi everyone, I have purchased a GK Backline 600 bass amp (300W RMS)and I would like to get some cab or cabs for use it, what would be the best option for get all the 300 Watts of power of the Backline? Get only a 4 ohm cab or going to have two 8 ohm cabs? I want to have a portable rig for play at church (small/mid place, 250 people) and I think to get only one 4 ohm cab, this for portability. But I’ve heard who consider to have two 8 ohm cabs for more volume, is this correct? What if I use only a 4 ohm cabinet? What will you do?
Pd. Attached image is a friend’s rig, thats the reason I get a backline 600 too ;)

For that amp.

2 115 cabs would be amazing.
