Stilettos all the way for me. If you can lay a groove in a ****** redneck bar as a 6'3" dude in Stilettos you can lay a groove anywhere.

I agree that barring that problem it is a damn good shoe for bass...
I wear Nike Fender Bass shoes of course!

FYI, these shoes are now discontinued....seriously.....even if the post isn't!![]()
I wear shoes that are specially designed for bass. The soles are made of a high-tech polymer developed by Dupont for the space program. This material advances the propagation of frequencies from 30hz through 4khz thereby increasing the transmission of bass output into the audience by 3db. For an upcharge, laces made of the same material are provided that will extend the augmented frequency range to 18khz for bassists who prefer the higher frequencies blended into their sound.
Are the polyphenylquinoxaline resin shoes available to the public yet?? I had just assumed they were still in beta testing. Bass Gear Mag did a story on them a couple of months ago and got everyone excited, but I haven't been able to find a dealer who is carrying them, hence my question as to availability. The BG article said that these new PPQ shoes not only have better dispersion, but they also have a fuller extension of the lows....down to 25hz.....while still providing up to a 4db increase in output to the audience through the lower mids, the middle lower lows, and the upper middle high's, without any degradation in output due to moisture content!!! Wow!! I was thinking of buying two additional cabs to increase my SPL's, but if I can get a pair of PPQ's instead, I'd be done!
Not quite on the market yet. The lab is finalizing testing. I am lucky in that I get to beta test these suckers. The introductory price will be $1,299.99. Sign up now for your pair!!
