Best Warwick Bass EVER!!!!

Personally, I'm not a big wenge fan...I have to have maple...board doesn't matter, but I need maple...but that's me...

Here's what others have said already...and I concur

1990's Thumb..a fretless 4 string from the 90's. It had EMG's, not Bartolini's It was amazing...

The stock EMG's.
It's a great match, growly as hell

Early Thumb FL NT's with stock EMGs -PUs & Pre (mine is 1990). A wonderful, growly combo. Great feel & Tone. A Perfect Match, IMO. -But it is Heavy !

that's a great warwick!! [my friend has that bass by the way]

of all the warwicks that i've played to date, that's the best one IMO. [i haven't had the chance to play the dolphin though, and my friends say it's a really good bass] but yea

I owned an '88 Thumb with the carved out feature on the back of the headstock to angle the tuners more ergonomically. It was loaded with EMG's and the original Warwick 2-band EQ. It was also the thinnest necked bass I ever owned, but it felt SOLID AS A ROCK due to the wenge/bubinga neck.

I really shouldn't have sold it, but my playing situation went in a totally different direction and my tonal needs changed radically, so...

Hello gang, this is my first post. I love my Streamer. It is either from 83 or 84.
I bought it new in 86 and I've used ever since.

This is one of the best Warwicks....

The eighties 'Spector licensed' Streamers with EMGs rocked almost as much as their Spector daddies...

I used to have that bass. It was OK. I personally think that the SS1's are the best basses made by Warwick. I'm kind of missing the SS1 that I sold .
