Best way to keep a cat from going in your ported cabinets?

I have a Genz Benz Shuttle 6.0 210T, and the rear ports are just big enough for my cat to crawl in, and then be impossible to remove (unless he chooses to remove himself). Has anybody worked through this issue and found a perfect solution? I don't want to impact the sound or make any irreversible changes, obviously.

Cats are complex creatures. I know: I have two. For reliable results that will not mar the cab, open two cans of cat food that your cat despises and will never eat. Place one can in each of the ports. Voila! Problem solved.

Well, I assume he’s not trying to go in there when you’re actually playing, so when you’re not playing just put a couple of old T-shirts in the ports so he can’t get in

That had been my plan roughly...until about an hour ago when he went into my amp while I was playing. He barely fits though. Maybe a high calorie diet is in order?

If you have a male cat I’d be worried about him spraying and marking ‘his turf’. Snipped or not they still spay, I’ve owned cats before snipping doesn’t always stop it.
