Between these two Chorus pedals

I'd pick the Sea Machine, though it the only one of the two I've tried. I think it sounds great, is very tweakable, and has a blend control. I'll be picking up the new small box version once that comes out (and I can afford it). But I've also heard nothing but praise for the Tech 21.

I'm thinking about the Tech 21 for myself because of the detune option and the ability to take that "warble" out. It seems like a versatile device. But I'm also looking at that Sea Machine. I've seen the large Sea Machine in a few stores online in stock.

i should add that the tech 21 was more plug/play and you get a great chorus. the eqd took a good hour or two of tweaking with an end result of mind blowing chorus. if you love knobs and tweaking to get the sound in your head go with eqd. more of a plug and play guy should go with tech 21. just my 2 cents of course.
